Elise Long - Counseling Intern
If you’re reading this, I’m happy you’re here! I want to create a safe place for ADHD or Autistic clients, people with OCD or Anxiety, and anyone who feels like they can't keep up. I believe there are moments in life where pain or personal struggles are so difficult that they affect your ability to function. This can be especially true depending on how your brain is wired or the stage of life you are in. Through therapy, I want to help you get that function back.

Healing happens when you, the client, guide the process. I aim to create a space for you to feel safe as we figure the way forward out together. I approach therapy with the body and brain in mind, paying attention to how we are each individual in our experiences and neurotypes. Therapy is not a one size fits all - every part of you matters here.

If you identify with any of the above, I want to help. If you don't, I still want to help. You deserve a safe space to be you and if that's all you get out of therapy - I think it's worth it. I would love to talk and see if I’m a good fit for you. I am an intern currently at Richmont Graduate University under supervision from Amy Coffey LMFT.
